Childhood Days at Mandala

Chacha, my father was employed with Shivni destillary, a loyal trusted employee whome the employers dependad lot. Before setling in Rajnandgaon he worked at Mandala Nainpur, Chidwara of M.P. when he was at Mandala,I was in 3rd standard we were there for two years Bebi (Rekha) my elder sister was one class ahead of me. We had an alsasian dog namede Blackee I recall that whenever the dog was to be given its non-vegetarian food It was taken to some distant place by our attendant.Mukesh started going to convent school infact out of all four brothers he was lucky to start education with the convent school. Hemant was a small kid that time. we had nabours, Panchiati Babu a clerk working in telegraph office and Nishad Babu another Government employee. It was a sort of row housing where we used to live. Some incidences to remember one that Mandala is on the bank of Narmada a life line river of M.P there used to be frequent floods we used visit Rapta Ghat to watch these floods also we used to accompany our mother for holidips at the river.
