My father-in-law had an excellent business sense. There was no oil selection board that time but the interviews were carried out by the joint committee headed why the Divisional Manager of the oil company seeking distributor and shor listed three promosing candidates and the person offering. The best as personal quality and infrastructure were offered the distributorship. In Nasik I was shortlisted but I believe the infrastructure was not appropriate so the distributorship was awarded to the other gentlemen Prakash Vaishampain who is my brother distributor at Nasik today my father-in-law was very keen about me entering into the business and I was made to apply for the Jalgaon distributorship which had good member of applicant and the interview panel was also same. After the interview it was almost a month when I received a telephone call, from the receptionist asking me to come on line of external call handset, it used be in the maintanance manager Mr. Murthy's cabin. It was Mr. Shanti Singh on the line informing me about me being selected for Jalgaon distributorship. I was not sure what to say but I thanked him and informed my wife as well as my father-in-law and father.
